Contacting a seller through Messages is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order. Each seller on Osbisy manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Learn more about getting help with your order

How to contact a shop before buying

To ask a question about an item on Osbisy.com:

1. Sign in to your Osbisy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
2. On a product page, select Ask About This Product, Alternatively select Live Chat or Support Ticket on footer page.
3. Type your message into the text box.
4. After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

To ask a question about an item in the Osbisy app:

1. Sign in to your Osbisy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
2. On a listing, tap the message icon on the listing photo. 
3. Type your question into the text box.
4. After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

How to contact a shop about an order

1. Sign in to Osbisy.com and go to Your account. On the Osbisy app, sign in and go to You.
2. Go to Inbox
3. Select Vender relate to the order. On the Osbisy app, tap the Inbox, then select Vendor.
4. Select Seller's Shop relating to your order.
5. In the text box that appears, let the seller know that you’d like to return or exchange an item.
6. Type how you'd prefer to receive your refund, if one is issued. Your options will vary based on your specific location, and order eligibility criteria. Your selection can't be changed later.
7. Select the Fly icon or select Send to send. The seller will be notified of the new message and can respond.

I checked out as a guest

If you checked out as a guest, you can link your order to a new or existing Osbisy account to get help.
